Motivation

  • try setting a weight goalĀ that you like to reach
  • keep a journal or notebook of where you can track down your progress
  • write down EVERYTHING you eat, it will make you more

    conscience of what you eat, causing you to eat less and not binge

  • drink a cup of water before every meal, it will make you full faster

  • drink a cup of water every hour or so, it will keep you feeling full and will keep you hydrated

  • hang up thinspirational photos on your fridge or anywhere else you will see to keep you motivated

  • buy a cute dress or bikini in a size to small to keep you motivated

  • make a list of how much better your life will be once your thin and read it over when ever you feel like giving up

  • even if you binge one day dont let that stop you, you have to forgive yourself and just try to resume the next day. you have worked too hard to just give it all up

  • downsize your dinner plate, and refrain from seconds and thirds

  • darker plates cause you to eat less so invest in darker plates

  • eat slowly so your brain will be able to tell you when you are full

  • increase your metabolism but eating small more frequent meals

  • largeast meal should be consumed early on in the day so you can burn it off through out the day
